John “JJ” believes in the power of exposure that expands possibilities and aspirations. John is the Director of K12 & Justice at UP Partnership. In his role, he supports the efforts of My Brother Keeper San Antonio and restorative practices in Bexar County. John has 14 years of experience in student development, student support services, diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) programs, and state recognized minority male initiatives among 2-year and 4-year institutions. John’s strengths consist of woo, connectedness, positivity, communication, and developer.
