Gilbert believes equitable and dependable data systems are essential to supporting collective work across Bexar County. As Data Manager at UP Partnership, he leads Salesforce data strategy, strengthens data quality and helps staff and partners use clear, accessible information to support meaningful outcomes for young people.
Gilbert brings extensive experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, with a background in data governance, platform management and workflow optimization across higher education and federal environments. His experience also includes developing reports and dashboards that support equity-focused decision-making and helping diverse teams strengthen their understanding and use of data.
Gilbert holds a Master of Arts in Spanish Literature and Language. He is committed to using strong data practices to help organizations work together more effectively and advance UP Partnership’s mission of ensuring all young people in Bexar County are ready for the future.
