Jasmine believes in the importance of data. As UP Partnership Data and Policy Manager, she assists networks assess both data and policy needs and how to address them. She is passionate about policy changes that help bring about equal opportunities for all students regardless of race, ethnicity, financial status or residence. Jasmine earned her master’s in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
