Nicholas Shults

Nicholas believes in the overwhelming power of people coming together to do good. As the Data Analytics Manager, he empowers conversations for change by utilizing data. Nicholas enjoys figuring out how all the small pieces work together to improve efficiencies and success. He has worked on several projects in higher education with a primary focus on improving student success (attrition, retention, persistence, and graduation) through the power of collaboration. With a background in Biomedical Sciences/ Neuroscience and behavior – Nicholas’ focus is to bring forward the persons behind the data by utilizing qualitative and quantitative inquiries to attempt to bring behavioral reasoning to the numbers.
