1. Introduction
UP Partnership seeks a qualified organization, collaborative, or consulting team to serve as the lead implementation partner responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing countywide planning for Future Ready Week 2026, a countywide activation taking place October 19–23, 2026. This includes overseeing partner engagement, Youth Summit planning, communications, event coordination, and reporting in collaboration with UP Partnership. Note: The Dual Credit Conference is scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2026 — proposals may optionally incorporate or acknowledge this adjacent event in their planning approach. Future Ready Week is designed to elevate, align, and amplify the Future Ready Bexar County Plan by showcasing high-quality practices that support young people’s pathways to postsecondary education and careers that foster economic opportunity and upward mobility. This work supports UP Partnership’s mission to ensure all young people in Bexar County have the opportunity and support to realize their full potential, guided by our core pillars: equity, integrity, data-driven practice, advocacy, and collaboration. The selected partner will coordinate countywide engagement efforts, support implementation of a Youth Summit, provide technical and logistical assistance to participating partners, and execute a marketing and communications strategy that positions Future Ready as a visible community movement.
