Rodnekka believes in the power of leadership and capacity building. She supports solutions to ensure staff is valued, respected, and connected to the organization’s mission. She joined UP Partnership in 2016 and helped launch the My Brother’s Keeper San Antonio network. She is currently studying Organizational Development at the University of Incarnate Word.
