Armando believes that fostering equitable access to data and resources is key to ensuring that all young people in Bexar County are future ready. As a Data Manager at UP Partnership, he will support data collection, analysis, and reporting to empower decision-making and drive impactful outcomes. With over a decade of experience in higher education, he is specialized in using data to enhance student enrollment, success and program effectiveness. Armando holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is passionate about leveraging data to create meaningful change in his community.
