Chryssa Delgado, Ph.D.

Chryssa believes access to postsecondary education is the key to ending generational poverty. As UP Partnership’s Managing Director of Programs, Chryssa will ensure the partner facing teams are effectively engaging institutional and community partners to reach UP’s North Star. She has more than 18 years of experience in higher education at both four-year public and private institutions, and most recently, at two-year colleges serving as the District Director for Student for the AlamoPROMISE program at the Alamo Colleges District. Chryssa has worked and led teams in the areas of admissions, financial aid, teaching, advising, student
success, and development. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
