Emily Calderón Galdeano, Ed.D.

Emily believes in leveraging data and collaboration. As UP Partnership’s Chief Impact and Strategy Officer she helps partners make data-informed decisions to affect systems change. Emily leads and guides the strategy of the partner-facing teams of UP Partnership. She has more than 15 years of experience at the federal, state, local, and institutional levels through her work directing research centers for two national organizations and as a university faculty member. Emily earned her doctorate in higher education policy.
