Jasmine believes in the importance of data. As UP Partnership Data and Policy Manager, she assists networks assess both data and policy needs and how to address them. She is passionate about policy changes that help bring about equal opportunities for all students regardless of race, ethnicity, financial status or residence. Jasmine earned her master’s in psychology and continues to work on her doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research focuses on psychology and law issues that may cause biased outcomes for ethnic and racial minorities in the legal system.
