Dr. Lowell believes immensely in the transformative power of education. As Senior Manager, he supports the Equitable Enrollment Collaborative and its work group. Lowell is an AmeriCorps alum. He has extensive experience providing educational enrichment and college access services to groups ranging from high school juniors and seniors to nontraditional adult learners. He has an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration.
