Ijeoma Waturuocha

Ijeoma believes that the greatest impact on young people’s future begins with the seeds of love, knowledge, values, and inspiration planted within them. As the Senior Manager: Finance and Operations, Ijeoma will help lead the UP Partnership team toward successful financial management and operational excellence to support the organization’s strategic goals. With over 10 years of experience in leadership, Ijeoma is skilled at driving continuous improvement that allows for intentional teamwork, efficiency, and positive results. In recent years, she has worked in the nonprofit sector helping organizations create and implement procedures that enable effective programming. She is currently attending the University of Texas at San Antonio and will soon be earning her MBA.
