Paul J. Rodriguez, Ed.D.

Paul believes postsecondary access and clear career pathways will ensure upward economic mobility for individuals and families. As UP Partnership’s Director: Policy & Development, Paul is committed to collaboration and leveraging existing efforts to influence policy formation and further funding opportunities. Paul’s experience spans K-12 and Higher Education as a teacher, researcher, and administrator. Most recently, he supported workforce and education development efforts in the San Antonio region as Talent Development Director at greater:SATX Regional Economic Partnership. Paul received his Doctorate in Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
