Rodnekka Hall

Rodnekka believes in the power of leadership and capacity building. She supports solutions to ensure staff feel valued, respected and connected to the organization’s mission. As Human Resources Manager: Training & Development, she will coach leaders to reach their goals and empower fellow team members. She joined UP Partnership in 2016 and contributed to launching the My Brother’s Keeper San Antonio network. She graduated magna cum laude as a first-generation college student from the University of Incarnate Word with a degree in Organizational Development.
