Shelby Drayton

Shelby Drayton is the Senior Manager of Coaching and Facilitation. In her role, she runs Excel Academy, a multi-year professional development opportunity for youth development practitioners focused on racial equity, Developmental Relationships, and continuous improvement. Practitioners gain these skills and craft individualized organizational plans to implement throughout their time with the program. Shelby believes our youth can truly change this world for the better, if as a society, we invest in their learning, opportunities and growth. With years of experience in youth development, Shelby considers herself a kid at heart and works to create a world where all young people find their voice, grow it and learn to advocate for themselves.
