Elisa believes that all young people should have access to the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to choose a successful path after high school, and she has seen firsthand how equity in education can transform lives. As Manager of High School Completion at UP Partnership, she collaborates with school districts and community partners to advance mission-driven efforts that support students on their Future Ready journey.
With more than 19 years of experience in K–12 public education, Elisa has served as a high school teacher and instructional leader at both the campus and district levels—experiences that have shaped her deep commitment to supporting students across Bexar County. An El Paso native and first-generation college graduate, she holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and is a proud parent whose lived experiences continue to fuel her dedication to public service.
