The mission of UP Partnership to ensure that all young people in San Antonio are future ready is deeply personal to Raelynn. She believes this commitment is shared across the organization, and that alignment around a common goal is essential to advancing meaningful impact for students across Bexar County. As Manager of Technology, Raelynn leads the development and maintenance of a robust, reliable IT infrastructure that supports both internal operations and cross-sector initiatives—helping move the dial toward increased postsecondary enrollment and success for the community’s youth.
A native San Antonian, Raelynn graduated from Texas A&M University–San Antonio in 2019. She brings technology leadership experience across the nonprofit, banking, and hospitality sectors, having served as an IT Manager in each. Deeply rooted in San Antonio, Raelynn is proud to contribute her expertise in service of the city’s young people and their futures.
